One of the great ramen shops of Hyogo, Nagomi! There are two shops, and this time I visited the shop by Mukogawa Station, having already visited the one by Mukonoso. I was curious about their limited time miso ramen, but for my first visit I needed to get the shio mix.

The Bowl
The soup was a delicate shio with a soft, syrupy, sweetness. The noodles were medium flat; light, but easy to take in with glazed with the shio broth. The chashu was plentiful, and contained myriad flavors. The chicken thigh and breast slices were light and springy, while the pork slices glistened with fat and melted in my mouth. Of course there was also the standard wheat gluten cake fu, often found in miso soup. It soaked up the light seafood flavors in a way different from the noodles.

Would I Go Again?

Should You Go?
