Dogenzaka Manmosu

In Shibuya looking for an open ramen shop, and I found Mammoth, or "Manmosu", a thick pork seafood tsukemen. I went with the noko tsukemen with thick, cereal noodles.


The Bowl
This bowl did everything to extreme: the soup was super rich and grainy with fish powder. The noodles were ultra-thick and dark, with a stretchy elastic resistance. Even the chashu came in the form of extra thick pieces, if not extra strongly flavored.
