Benjamin grew up in New York eating pizza every day. After graduating college, he moved to California, and then to Japan. He lived in Tokyo for over a year, but then got a new job and moved to Osaka in June of 2011.
Though he grew up as a notoriously picky eater, Benjamin has come to like all kinds of foods. In ramen terms, he prefers thick, rich broths, and chewy noodles. His favorite style is miso, and he's a sucker for anything spicy.
ベンジャミンがニューヨークで生まれ育って、子どもの頃毎日ピザを食べました。大学を卒業してから、カリフォルニアに引っ越しして、仕事して、ようやく日本に移動しました。一年間以上東京に住んでいましたけど、２０１１年に転職のために大阪に引っ越ししました。
子どものときに好き嫌いがめっちゃ多かったですけど、大人になったら全世界の食べ物が好きになってきました。ラーメン的にこってりスープともちもち太麺が好きです。一番好きな種類が味噌で、辛いものだったら何でも食べたくなります。
