Arauma

A friend was visiting from out of town and wanted to get some ramen on her way out. She left from Osaka Station, which meant that it was a good excuse to stop at the ramen shop in the station that had been on my list for a while, Arauma.

遠くから遊びに来た友達が帰る前にラーメンを食べたがりました。大阪駅から出たので、駅内にあって行きたかったあらうまというラーメン屋さんにしようと思っていました。

The Bowl
It was a pretty decent but not amazing bowl. The shoyu broth was very salty, but the drops of garlicky ma-yu made it a little intersting. The firm noodles and thin chashu were both decent enough; about what you'd expect from a run-of-the-mill ramen shop.

普通においしかったです。しょう油スープはしょっぱかったですけど、マー油があったのでちょっと面白かったです。麺と細いチャーシューも普通においしかったです。

梅田には店がいっぱいあるのでたぶんまた行きません。
