残念ながら、天下統一ラーメンバトルの最後です。7回行ったんですけど。最後は札幌みそのマルエス北海道の「神の肉味噌らーめん」でした。
Maruesu provided a cloudy miso broth, made better by the splash of rayu they offered on the side. The noodles were thick and looked handcut. These were the fattest noodles I'd seen at the event, and they were delicious, if too much for the broth.
濁っている味噌は美味しくて、自分で入れたラー油でもう１段階うまさレベルアップできました。麺は超太くて、自家製というイメージがしました。他の店より極太くて、美味しかったですけど、もうちょっとトロッとしたスープとあったかもしれません。
