Ryukishin LAB0

Avid readers of this blog will recognize that I'd visited LAB0 not long before this for some delicious tantanmen. LAB0 is a kind of ramen place that changes every types every once in a while, which means a new soup for me to enjoy. The last one was tantanmen, this time they offered a light tempura chuka soba.

The Bowl
Wow, this was almost more like soba than ramen. It was light and refreshing, with thin, bouncy, and very slurpable noodles. The shrimp tempura was pretty good and very bready, but the other piece of tempura, which was maybe pork or chicken, stood out. It's a bit different from what you expect in ramen, but it was delicious.

Would I Go Again?
I'll check this place out again when their next bowl is out.

Should You Go?
If you like light ramen or soba, this might be the place for you.
